I have a CSPC collector that is registered but cannot access the SNTC portal. I keep getting redirected to a page that says I do not have access.

After reviewing the details it seems you need access to end customer company portal which in this case is INTERNET SOLUTIONS PTY LTD as a partner (Cisco branded reseller)?
Can you confirm which type of access you need for customers portal admin, user or api develeper?

According the contract number shared 204458150 end customer company name is DIMENSION DATA PTY LTD SOUTH AFRICA and in your cco profile the company name is coming to be DIMENSION DATA MODEMS PTY LTD and you are also not associated with your own company on CSAM that is why we are not able to give you CBR access to partner company.

that may be an old ID as this was an issue before and was recreated.
