Unable to access.

When I go to services.cisco.com, it tells me to register.  When I hit Register, it tells me I am already registered and that I should sign in.  This goes on forever.  I am able to log into Services Access Manager, where I am an admin.

Hi Jeremy,

We found out the CCO ID drahosjj@omu.org has both CustomerAdmin and CustomerUser role assigned due to which the user is not able to login into the portal.
We need to remove one role from the CCO ID in order for the user to gain access to SNTC portal.
Please advise which role should we remove in order to solve this case.

Hi Jeremy,

Can you please dm me the party id for the above mentioned company so that we can start to work on this issue.

I've sent you a message.

Hi Jeremy,

I got your message. You can check the party id by the CEPM tool provided to you by entering the contract number that you have posted here.

Please check and confirm the party id assigned to the company name.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I have no idea what CEPM is.  I got my contract number via Services and Subscriptions on Cisco Commerce.

I've been trying to get SNTC access off and on for about 3 years now and have never been able to get it.  I always end up where I am now, then when I go to try again, I'm no longer a DA and someone in another department here has to add me.  I've been added as a DA a few times and then I somehow fall off of that list and I have to start over.  I usually just get really frustrated and quit trying because it gets to the point where it has taken more time and patience than I have to give.  But I am determined this time.  I've tried to find info on where to find the party id, and even what CEPM is, but I guess I'm using the wrong search engines because I can't find an answer.

Hi,

The link for CEPM: https://cpepa.cloudapps.cisco.com/login.do?action=home

Please check this link and confirm.

That URL doesn't work.  I've tried on 3 different internet providers.  The domain name doesn't exist.

I've tried shuffling the letters in case of a typo and had no luck.  I did find a cpe.cloudapps.cisco.com, but it gave me "Access Denied".
