We have two Collectors in our environment: one in production and one in our lab. We would like to remove the entitlement for the lab collection on the SNTC portal.
However, when we attempt to delete the entitlement for the lab collector, we get the following error:
Collector deactivation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community.
What is preventing us from deleting the entitlement on the SNTC portal? Do we have to do something on the collector itself to accomplish this? Is this a problem with SNTC?

Nothing needs to be done on the collector to delete the entitlement from the portal. It's probably an issue with the SNTC portal. You could try changing browsers to see if that allows you to delete it.

We opened a TAC case with Cisco regarding this issue. They identified the problem as a bug and created CSCvc72744 to correct it.
