Unable to register New DA with Cisco Smart Net Total Care

I'm getting the following error when setting up a Delegated Administrator from multiple browsers .I've also cleared my browser cache.  Any ideas to get past this issue?

"We encountered an error while processing your request. Please refresh this page or try again."

There was first attempt to register DA, but group account was used and we got following reply from support:

Thank you for your request to become a Delegated Administrator for Smart Net Total Care. Unfortunately, that request was submitted using what appears to be a shared account. Cisco access policy requires that each account is associated to one individual, and this policy must be strictly enforced when that account is to be used to administer access for other accounts. Smart Net Total Care registration must be performed by an appropriate person, using their individual Cisco.com account that clearly identifies them by name. Please re-submit a new online registration request using your individual Cisco.com user ID. Once that request is received, we will proceed with your Smart Net Total Care on-boarding.

Maybe there's some cleanup needs to be done in database before customer can retry to register?

We got email notification and customer managed to run Collector and successfully finish discovery.

Hello,

Were you trying to register yourself as the DA? If so, it looks like you were successful. I looked up your CCO ID (the one listed in this post) and it appears you are set up as DA with a status of "pending". Please try logging in the Cisco Services Access Management tool (http://tools.cisco.com/CDCEB). You should be prompted to accept the legal agreement. Once this is done your access will be complete.

I am also trying to register as a delegated administrator.

When I go to the link above,,

It says "you are not authorized to access this resource.">

When I go to this link

I get taken here

When I go to the registration site,, I have tried to enter contract # & serial # as advised by my client services manager. The numbers he gave me to enter on the registration site cause an error.


What do I need to do to get myself setup as the DA & how can I access the portal ?

Hi Tom,

You need to register with Smart Net Total Care using the new registration process(in beta trial).

I will send an email to you with the correct contract number and you can use that for registration.

If you still run into issues, you can update this post and a SME can assist you further.
