Every time we try to update the coverage details of an item in the portal we receive the error message.
We are still processing your prior bulk update operation. Updates are not allowed until this activity is completed. The activity is0% complete.
If I check the bulk action status it shows that there is a job that hasn't processed since 12/1/2020
How can this be canceled so that we can update information?

This is still occurring. This really seems like something stuck on the back end.

@oaklanda There is currently a bug CSCvw70334 open that is impacting Specify coverage action feature on Portal.
