Upgrade from 2.5 to 2.7.4 Not Working

I followed the upgrade manual and ran the 2 scripts (jeos-20.1.2-0.lnx64.zip and jeos-30.0.4-0-lnx64.zip). Neither rebooted the host automatically.  I did a manual reboot but the Software Update tab does not appear.  I tried this a couple of times without success.  Any help appreciated.

Hi Jamie,

Unfortunately upgrading from 2.5 to 2.7.4.2 is not supported. You will need to deploy and new 2.7.4 collector and then upgrade to 2.7.4.2. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Taylor
