Upgrade from CSPC 2.7.4.2 to 2.7.4.3 stuck in initiate

Hi Guys, I´m trying to upgrade from 2.7.4.2 to 2.4.7.3 and is stucked on "initiated"  state since last friday (72 hours). Is there any recommendations?

Hi, 

Are you upgrading using the LCM method or from the software tab on the webgui? Also have you tried restarting the collector and then restarting the upgrade?

HI deogil, I didn´t try restaring the collector, let me do it and reply you back with the result.

I´ve reload the box, but the upgrade is still in initate status.

Hi, 

Do you happen to have cli or console access to the collector. It might be best to upgrade the collector via the LCM method.

after a lot of times runnning the download and apply, seems that this time it is applying the patch. Let you know the result.
