Hello,

It looks as though the files have in fact been successfully downloaded. The output of the 'show download' command can be misleading in that it can be interpreted as still being in progress, however, once it reaches 100% then it is in fact complete.

From this stage, you should be able to execute the #apply [package-name] command. It is important to apply the JeOS package, followed by the SP package. Also be sure to allow 30-45 minutes to elapse between each installation.

admin# apply sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64
Do you want to continue [y|n]? y

sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64 is currently not available.

I am not able to do it from shell. Is is possible to do this upgrade via shell with root user ?

Can you send me commands ?

I've sent you an additional installation method via PM. Please let me know if there are any further issues.

I have the same problem. Which commands should I use?

Hi Marco,

For fastest assistance, we ask that you start a new discussion.  Our experts have better visibility to those.

Thanks,

Cheri

This is procedure:

Note: This process is not recommended for on-going installation of CSPC patch files.

 nohup /opt/LCM/bin/lcmagent-apply.tcl JeOS /opt/LCM/tmp/downloads/jeos-30.0.4-0-lnx64.zip

Note: This will apply the patch file and take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.

Once the JEOS file has been applied, run the following to begin the SP install:

 #nohup /opt/LCM/bin/lcmagent-apply.tcl SP /opt/LCM/tmp/downloads/sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64.zip &

I'll try it in a couple of days and let me know if it's been successful...

I have successfully upgraded with these 2 commands. After each server reboot-ed and now I am running 2.7.4.
