Upgrade to CSPC 2.7 not working

I am in the process of upgrading to CSPC 2.7. I now have the Software Updates tab in 2.6 and it shows me my available updates. On the CSPC 2.7 update, I clicked the Install action and the status has been "Initiated" the entire day. I even bounced the VM and the status does not seem to change. It does not let me cancel it as the only button is the Install button, which is now greyed out. I've attached a screenshot.

Upgrading through the GUI doesn't work in 2.6. Try using the method outlined in my blog to upgrade from 2.6 to 2.7.

To do this you will need CLI access to the admin shell.

Hello all. We are looking to upgrade from 2.8 to the latest version, however the upgrade now button on the GUI is Greyed out. This post refers to a manual installation, however the link to the method says that the post is now deleted?

 

So, can someone kindly point me to how we now do the upgrade using the gui, or using CLI to upgrade FROM 2.8 to the latest please?
