UPLOAD from CSP-C {2.4} to SMART SERVICES PORTAL

Hello All,

Upoaded a comprehensively expanded discovery pool to the Portal 4/22.

Local CSP-C indicates upload "Successful"

Smart Services Portal still does not acknowledge upload as received.

Regarding (upgraded Dashboard) OUTPUT

ADMIN PAGE - "No Data" - the grid returned no rows due to the query or filters

SEGMENT MGMT - "No Data" - the grid returned no rows due to the query or filters

MY REPORTS - "No Data" - the grid returned no rows due to the query or filters

UPLOADS - September 13, 2015 (last upload acknowledged)

Q:

1/ Is my current CSP-C Collector {2.4} fully compatible with the upgraded Sm Svcs Portal for uploads, any/all other interactions ?

2/ "No Data" outputs - please explain - is manual query / filter manipulation required here ?

You shouldn't have any issues using a 2.4 collector. It is fully compatible with SNTC 3.x. No manual manipulation should be necessary, it will populate automatically once your upload goes through.
