Upload - Internal server error

We are unable to upload to portal due to internal server error. We have the correct certificate registration on the CSP collector but in the portal, under All Collectors, I see two registrations (one not valid). I am unable to delete the registration that is not valid due to error and I think that may be causing my issue due to some of the related discussions in this forum.  

This is the error:

Collector deactivation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community.

Hey ds5879.cisco,

Please private message the output of the below command from root.  Remember, when ssh'ing in to collector you must first login via 'collectorlogin' and then 'su' to get up to root.

#cat /opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/conf/csof_config
