Upload processing stuck

The upload processing has been stuck since June 6th. The collection ID is 1484957043277. Would you please help to delete it at the backend?

In step 4, "search for user's CCO ID, wait for the name to populate and then select from the drop-down". Which CCO ID should I search please?
