Upload stuck "In Progress" and not seeing new Uploads

Our collector status has been in "Upload in Progress"  for several days now.  Also, when new collections are done I don't see those uploads show up?  We are on CSPC 2.7 .  What other information can I provide?

Hey alessandra.barreto,

It appears the upload has become stuck in the backend due to a party lock.  The backend team is currently working on deleting this upload and pushing a new one through.  I will let you know their progress.
