Upload to SNTC Not being processed

Hi All,

 

we have deployed the CSPC 2.10 collector and this is running (aware of some people having issues and the bug CSCwa06086 for this version).  We are slowly adding devices to the collector and then periodically uploading the result to SNTC.

We have been able to upload successfully last week and we usually see that within 10 minutes of the upload that the file starts to get processed.  I uploaded a file today at 3:08pm (GMT) and this is seen on the SNTC portal as received, however it still hasn't been processed.  We uploaded another collection from the CSPC this evening following adding around 50 devices and I can see this has also uploaded, but again is sitting in the received status.

 

Are there currently any issues with files uploaded being processed?  There is nothing showing on the SNTC status pages (CISCO Status Page | Home (service-now.com)) to reflect any issues.

Hey David,

 

Sometimes it takes time to show successful message you can however refresh or can try in a new browser.

I've sent you a PM with requested details but seems that after a couple of hours the files have now been processed.  Not sure why it took several hours to process them when in the past they have been processed within around 10 minutes of being received into the portal.
