User added in CSAM is not appearing in the Portal

Hi there,

 

We have a customer that we're on-boarding to the portal. They added us and granted us CBR Access in the the CSAM tool more that 48 hours ago but our user is not appearing in the portal. We received the confirmation email that we were added but our user does not appear in the portal.

I was not able to see any CBR Admin roles assigned to your CCO ID, can you please send me a private message with any additional CCO IDs that may have been added as a CBR User? I will take a look and see if your access is now completed.
