We have a customer with wrong detail of GU Name on the associated contract, and it causing a problem with the renewal contract at the anniversary date. Anybody here had the same problem or an idea how to fixed it? a support team suggest to request a "Site change or moved" from CS Hub (Service contract update) but it asked for Source Site ID and Target Site ID which are become another pain since I cannot find any detail about Source Site ID or Target ID from anywhere.
