When I open Administration => Active Alerts, I get the message: "You are not entitled to the report or data is not available". When I open Alerts => All Alerts, All Field Notices, All Hardware Alerts, All Security Advisories (PSIRT), and All Software Alerts, the portal shows no alert info. However, if I open Alerts => Devices with Alerts I can find several devices with multiple alerts (screenshots attached) Looks like a problem in the portal. I will appreciate some help with this issue.

I cleared cookies/cache and re-login into the SNTC portal. Still no alerts....
