Hi Team -- We keep getting to the CentOS booting but the CSPC collector never gets to the launch screen. I have a screenshot of the log i can send in PM.

Hi, I see no errors on your screenshot.
Is the VM still stuck on the same step?

If stuck, you might need to start over.

Can you validate that under boot options, your first boot device is *not* CD/DVD?

Can confirm it is not CD/DVD. IDE is first. Followed the instructs in the attached document.

Thanks,

I've reviewed the document, it looks like it does show that the HDD should be the first boot option (IDE in the screenshot), but it looks like it does not explicitly specify it in the text.

In short:

You will need to create a new VM, perform all the same steps.

Make sure to select the IDE (HDD) as first boot option before the initial boot. This will ensure that the install takes place properly.

In addition, if I'm not mistaken, Hyper-V is no longer supported by Cisco (even though compatible).

I might be a little confused. IDE is set as the first boot option. Are you saying because we already tried to boot it a different way that making this adjustment wont work without creating another VM for it?

Not sure about your specific scenario. But to simplify things I would start over and set the boot option before you power up the VM for the first time.

Thanks
