Unable to login to SNTC portal page

I have problems getting my team members login to the SNTC portal, as a DA I gave permissions and also assigned roles. However, they still can't access. When they try to request access it tells they already have permissions and redirects to the main page, but when the page is displayed it says "You do not currently have access to SNTC" .

It sounds as though there may be an issue syncing their assigned statuses, if possible, please send the following details to me in a private message:

 

  • Company Name (as it appears within CSAM)
  • CCO of current DA
  • CCO IDs of concerned assignees
