Portal Reporting Update
Some customers have reported slowness with report displays when requesting the Inventory by Product and the Inventory by Site reports in the left navigation panel of the Smart Net Total Care portal. Cisco Engineering is investigating the situation. We will update you on the status as we have more information.
Portal Upload Processing Issue
If you are using the “Latest View” setting for report preferences, uploads processed since the 4.3.2 portal software release on June 8, 2018 may show most of your devices as “Not Recognized”. Cisco engineering is working to resolve this issue. We will update you on the status in this banner as we have more information.
In the interim you can minimize the issue by using the “Comprehensive View” setting in Application Settings

CSPC Collector Update Available
A new collector version (version 2.7.4) is available. We recommend you update to take advantage of security updates that address the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities, and new ease of use enhancements. Refer to the CSPC Release Notes for details. You can find all the information to install a new collector or upgrade an existing one on the CSPC support page.
To upgrade an existing collector to the latest version, follow the instructions in the CSPC Upgrade Guide.
For new collector installations, the 2.7.4 collector software is available on the download page. The CSPC 2.7.4 OVA image can be used for all network size situations (x-small, small, medium and large) and then upgraded within the CSPC UI using the Software Updates tab.
