SG550X configuration failure

I have a new SG550x-48MP, I logged in and changed the password, as soon as I tried to save the configuration the switch locked up and I couldn't get back in. I tried using the wizard, starting with the vlans, and starting with the systems settings. I even copied a config from another unit and tried to upload that. Each time I have been forced to reset the unit and try to start again. I am hoping someone else has had this issue and can help.

what is the firmware you running? I hope you have not saved the Password in the Browser.

The firmware is 2.4.5.71.

I have tried edge, firefox and chrome. I did not save the password.

I have found that things go fine until I try to assign an IP to one of the vlans.

Hi, Please try once by a assigning a static IP on the default VLAN (1) first and then assign an IP on any other VLAN interface.
