Having issues with getting the 10G SFP to allow 10Gig. Currently it's only allowing 1Gig. Not sure if there is a simple command to enter in order for this to work, but would take any help on this. Below is a picture for reference.

Non-CISCO SFP+ transceivers can be used in CBS350, for example 10Gtek transceivers. These 10Gtek transceivers are identified by CBS350 as SFP-10GBase-SR and they work fine. Check Optical Module Status in the WebUI to see what transceiver your CBS350 thinks it has.
It is strange that 10G is not showing for that XG port. Maybe you really need to update the firmware. The firmware on your CBS350 is pretty old. Note that Auto Negotiation cannot be enabled for fiber ports.

We are on 3.0.0.69. The SFP's are non-cisco.... I think that might be the issue here? When I look online there isn't even an option listed for 10Gig, under the 1Gig option. Pictures linked below.

Remove the SFP and check the options, you get auto enable ?
non cisco brand not sure can be compatible, try if you have cisco 10G-SR

So after looking I found out the two switches we have for production and shipping are only showing 1Gig, and when I checked our main switch it's showing the 10Gig option. I think we have the wrong SFP's for the other switches. Thanks for the help!
