I see this output on a 3560-48PS switch running c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE4.bin
sw1.sv.shaw.net#sh env all
FAN is OK
TEMPERATURE is OK
SW PID Serial# Status Sys Pwr PoE Pwr Watts
-- ------------------ ---------- --------------- ------- ------- -----
1 Built-in Unavail
SW Status RPS Name RPS Serial# RPS Port#
-- ------------- ---------------- ----------- ---------
1 Active <>
I also see this in the logs:
Oct 11 03:34:51: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-PWR: Internal power supply not supplying power
But IP phones etc are getting power and switch seems to function okay and reachable. Is it something to worry about?

HI Kashish,
Are you using RPS here?
And what is the IOS you are running on this switch.

Hi Kashish,
The output of 'show env all' shows that the RPS is available and internal power is unavailable. So currently the device must be running on RPS
If internal power has short hit, device can't switch back to internal supply while power restored and start using external power. To fix the issue, you need to disconnect external power to normalize the status.

Aru
