Hello could you help me with this error help me with this error it does not let me enter the web console because I was trying to put a backup where it was not and now I can not get it to run the web error is 404 not found I have the switch catalyst 2960-X and here I leave a picture of my CLI witch the command "dir" executed.

If you like to access Switch GUI, you need to have correct IOS installed with Packages.

not sure we understood your question here ?  - is this working before ? or it never worked ? or is this not working for you only ?

how did you pull this config, using SSH ? or from console ?

what is  device IP from you are accessing ?  Are you able to ping the IP address of switch  10.10.0.2 ?
