Hi,

Please share the Switch inventory output and IOS version information. We noticed this may a bug in the IOS.

But if there is really an Air/cooling issue then check your cooling system or air flow of the switch.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/12-2/54sg/system/messages/sem_54sg/emsg.html

Explanation    The module temperature is above the shutdown threshold. If some action is not taken immediately to cool down the module then the module will be shut down to prevent damage to hardware.
Recommended Action    Try removing and reinserting the module. If the problem persists, replace the card

Sure agree with other post, check your DC environment, make sure you have controlled temparature in the temparature for these device to work optimally, if not you will have malfunction of hardware or failure of hardware due to heat.

Do you have climate monitor system in place ?

I think this is self-explanatory.
