Read https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/nexus-9000-series-switches/220196-troubleshoot-power-supplies-on-catalyst.html#anc7 and note the Special Considerations section which addresses this.  Short answer you need to power cycle the switch.
As Leo says I would highly recommend IOS upgrade.
See https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-9300-series-switches/214814-recommended-releases-for-catalyst-9200-9.html

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi

Use this command instead

switch#show power inline module 1 de

Module      Available      Used      Remaining
                 (Watts)          (Watts)  (Watts)
------ --------- -------- ---------
1               1625.0         3.3            1621.7

Then scroll down to see per ports. I will not put here because it is huge output.
