AP keeps rebooting in IE5000 switch

Hello Guys,

I have deployed cisco 3650, IE3000 and IE5000 switches on a customer site and everything was working fine till we connected our Rukus AP's to the cisco IE5000 switches. The AP's keep rebooting on that switch, When we connect the same switch to the IE3000 or the C3650 switches it works fine. Below are the logs from the switch. Can someone please assist as this is very urgent:

I don't know if the IE-series support TDR but it looks like a potential cable issue.

Thanks Leo, the same cable and AP works fine on all other switches, it works on the IE3000 switch as well, only issue is on the IE5000 switch. The IE5000 has a IP phone connected to it and it works fine but only when you connect the AP, it keeps rebooting.

Hi,

How much power does the AP require and how much is the IE5000 providing? What ios version is running on the ie5000 and the other switches?

Hello john,

All switches are on Version 15.2 and the AP requires 15.4Watts which is what the switch is providing.
