Basic QoS for RTP

Hi guys, our issue probably is very simple, we use sdi over fiber units (actually they come with ethernet channel and we use it), so we use ethernet channel for RTP video streaming, from fiber receiver it goes to our lan network, we would like to set highest priority for RTP protocol for all our switches, we use Small Business 220 Series. Or maybe video protocolshave high priority by default? Thank you!

is this inconjunction with cucm?  in which case you can trust the DSCP values the phones use for RTP and signalling (SIP?SCCP) by setting up trust statements on your access ports
