TW1/1/1 connect to TW2/1/1 is not configure interface also can't up,

what special configure need under this interface to bring it up.

configure as below (seems it can not detect connect cable)

What is the distance between Cat 9300 and Cat 9500 ?

here is the distance support for SR

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/products/collateral/interfaces-modules/transceiver-modules/at-a-glance-c45-739941.pdf

if that is below your distance try, with out Trunk or Port-channel (like p2p interface see if the interface come up.)

What firmware is the switch running on?
Post the complete output to the command "sh license feat".

I think you need to configure the tw1/1/2 interface with the command “speed no negotiation”   You may need to configure you port channel interface with this command as well.

Hello!

Did you find the cause of your problem?

Best Regards,

Yes I did.

Can you provide me your solution?, I am having the same issue right now.

Best Regards,

Good afternoon,

I used the "speed nonegotiate" command on the involved interfaces on the C9300 switch. That resolved the issue and the interfaces connected. I also had some 10/25 Gig SFPs that weren't working. I found they required on the C9300 the "speed nonegotiate" command on the involved interfaces and the FEC had to be set to c174 for these to work.

Thank you so much! I will try that, we have a link between a C9500 and a C9300, in the 9500 side we can change the FEC, but in the C9300 we can't, the command is not accepted inside the interface, I am starting to think that the IOS version we are running is wrong because we have another identical device with newer version and takes the command without problem.

Thank you!

IOS version might be why you can't run the command. When I did this it was on a Cisco C9300-48T switch running IOS 16.9.4 with Uplink Module C9300-NM-2Y 2x25G

have you tried no speed negotiation.
