Hi friends
I have a 9300-48P switch. After repeated power outages, my device crashes and can no longer boot correctly.
During boot process, below logs appear on CMD and then switch reloads:
Jan 23 10:50:03.731: %PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN: R0/0: The process cmand has been helddown (rc 134)
Jan 23 10:50:03.873: %PMAN-0-PROCFAILCRIT: R0/0: pvp: A critical process cmand has failed (rc 134)
Jan 23 10:50:03.927: %PMAN-3-RELOAD_RP: R0/0: pvp: Reloading: Switch will be reloaded
Chassis 0 reloading, reason - Non participant detected
Jan 23 10:50:04.641: %PMAN-5-EXITACTION: F0/0: pvp: Process manager is exiting: reload fp action requested
Jan 23 10:50:05.998: %PMAN-5-EXITACTIONvp: Process manager is exiting: Critical process cmand fault on rp_0_0 (rc=134)
I only have access to ROMMON mode and I've tried:
After Emergency Install, boot fails and reloads Repeatedly.
Do you have any solution to this problem?

Seems to be a bug as - https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvt22293?rfs=iqvred

thank you very much
In In the link above, the suggested solution is to Disable OBFL temperature logging via CLI "no hw-module slot 3 logging onboard temperature"
But I only have access to ROMMON
Can I disable OBLF temperature logging in ROMMON mode?

- Adding to other remarks, if you intend to boot an image trough rommon you may try this one instead : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286313994/type/282046477/release/Amsterdam-17.3.4

is this stack ?
when you ROMMON Mode can you post > dir output ? ( also i would like to see compelte boot process.
Switch: boot flash:packages.conf
or get the image to USB and boot from USB :
example :
Once it boot success, we can look at the bugs if you have any.

- As stated by other reply the device got probably broken by the outages, engage with TAC , possibly needs replacement (RMA)

what was the IOS XE before : ( i would do different steps deleting package.conf and boot from bin file)
also see there is a bug on this : ( so i prefer to raise an TAC Case for replacement?)

Hi,
Try to open a RMA ticket. This switch might need replacement.
