We have purchased new Cat6807 Chassis with power supply " C6800-XL-3KW-AC" and VS-S2T-10G-XL= and line cards " C6800-16P10G-XL=" and " C6800-48P-TX-XL".
When we are testing to power-up the new Cat6807 switch but, after powering up the new Power supplies " C6800-XL-3KW-AC" and fan modules are blinking but SUP and other line cards are not getting any power.
Can anyone give us solution regarding this issues

As per the description, you do not have power up all the modules(still not sure)
So lets do some tests.
1. Power off
2. remove all the line cards
3. only keep 1 sup module and boot and see.
Let us know boot process results, if that boots show us the power consumption.

Hi,
A 3KW power supply should be enough to power up a sup and a couple of modules. Can you try using only one PSU at the time and test? Also, if none of these work, you may have to replace the Sup.
Also, can you check the chassis to make sure the pins where the power supply get inserted into are not bent?

hi balaji,
we recently replace a 4507 box with 6807xl-6T-sup but we have so many problem with new box like new box doesn't support PVST what should we do .you know the we have so many other catalyst switch that config in PVST mode and we have a big traffic in the network. The most of switches connected to 6807 almost we don't have any redundance physical link and what happen if we disable RSTP only in 6807.

What i suggest is since this is related to Power problem, if this is resolved.
Open an another thread with more information in regarding to old setup and what looking to do upgrade path
so we can review the configuration and suggest.
rather mix 2 issues as one.
