Cisco Catalyst 9500 after reload last configure is lost

Hi All

I'm having issue about Cisco Catalyst 9500 .i was recheck about Switch after reload , switch became lost of last configuration . and I try check with this command

Device#dir bootflash

%Error opening bootflash:/bootflash (No such file or directory)

how to can i troubleshoot?

Are these two switches in the same rack?

Yes ,same racks. twos switch are stacking now!

1.  Each switch has two power supplies.  Are both power supplies going to the same power source?  

2.  Aside from the 2 switches, is there any other electrical equipment in the same rack and drawing from the same power rail as the switches?

According to the above question regarding electricity, both are located in different power supplies from the cabinet. But the reason for turning off the device comes from wanting to test after installation.

and

about reboot Caused by the test and found that after rebooting ,Switch will always use factory configuration, must be re configure always after reboot.
