Hi,
Is there any command that shows if a 2960S switch has the flexstack module installed or not? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I have tried both "show inventory" and "show inventory raw" on switches I know have and don't have the stacking module but I don't see any differences in the output.

I am lookin for this as well.
show version
show inventory
show platform
show switch stack-ports
they all give the same output with or without a Flexstack module in the switch.
