connection between switch Cisco and switch Allied Telesis

I tried to connect a Cisco catalyst 9200L switch with an Allied Telesis AT-GS924M switch using a Cisco SFP-10G-SR on both switches but no communication was achieved.

Is there any command or configuration needed to achieve communication?

what fibre patch lead you using ?

Can you post the cisco switch side config and show logg (related to logs if any, like port come up and down or totally down ?)

try no auto negotiation
