I will like if you guys with DHCP on your switches can share your nightmare of this feature with.
I have 4 4510s and I am thinking to eliminate my DHCP/DNS servers but I was told that it wouldn't be the same and it is not recommended.

You can use your 4500 as a dhcp server , but the features like host tracking ( option 82) may not be available. Switches cannot be used as DNS servers.

Switches/routers are pretty rudimentary as DHCP servers. I would only advise the use if it is not possible to use a "real" DHCP server.
Cisco Routers don't do DNS either.
