E3200 Unable to Join Domain, Domain Controller not found
I have a Domain Controller (W2k8) on my network at a Static IP which I've placed in the DHCP Reservation table. It's the only machine which resolves with DNS (currently - I have another post asking why DHCP clients are not resolving).
When I try to join the domain from other DHCP clients on the network, I get No Domain Controller found.
My WRT610N running DD-WRT worked just fine - no DNS issues or Domain Join issues. Unfortuantely, the 610 died and DD-WRT doesn't support the 5Ghz channels on the E3200 (they say Cisco is not releasing the drivers for this wireless channel).
Machines trying to join the domain are both wired and wireless and they get DHCP and can surf the net just fine.
