firmware upgrade

Hi,

We have a Catalyst 3560g switch that has a outdated firmware and we would like to upgrade it.

The current version is 12.2(35)SE5. Can I directly upgrade to the latest version? or we have to install them one by one?

If you're not looking for features in later IOS versions, Leo's is suggesting one of the most stable 3560/3750 IOS releases. About the only negative to this release, I recall it might be the last in its train. I.e., it won't have fixes for any later discovered security flaws.
