HI,
The bug was fixed in release Everest-16.5.1 and you can upgrade to any version after release fixed, so go with recommended 16.06.05.

Hi @tianwen.zhao,

We are on v16.6.6 and a handful of random switches still have this issue. I would love to know if Cisco has a better solution other than manually erasing these files every day or a hard reboot. These files are not show-stoppers as they get overwritten as soon as the directory gets full.
Here is how to erase these files (does not impact production):
3850-switch#format crashinfo:
Format operation may take a while. Continue? [confirm]
Format operation will destroy all data in "crashinfo:". Continue? [confirm]
Format of crashinfo: complete
3850-switch#dir crashinfo:
Directory of crashinfo:/
No files in directory
