How do I find manufacturer date in CLI ?

I cant get to the physical device. I can ssh to the devices though. Does cisco have a website where I can pop in the serial?

Depends on the serial number.

if you can get in  to SSH -  issue show version or show inventory

There is no way to actually get this. You need to ask cisco rep.
