How to Configure Connection SFP+

Hello

I need your help, how to configure this. In the CLI, SFP+ has been detected. Now, how to connect beetween switch? or what command should i enter in CLI?

Because it's still down, on the indicator light or port status on the CLI.

There is no configuration required for the port to come uop ( as long as interface have no shutdown command)

1. make sure SFP detected on the port

2. if you using 10GB SFP ports, setup and speed and speed  no negotiation on the port)

Once the Physical port up

then you decide what you like to between the switches, port should be Trunk/ Access port or Layer 3 Interface. (based on the decision the port configuration can be advised)

checking :

1. show interface x/x (show you the interface detected or not) post that output from both the swithes here.

2. post show run interface x/x  (from both the switches?)

ok what is the distance between these switches, have Looked at the port, do you see Light ?

Try to twist RX and TX and test it, or give loop and see is the port come up ?

Still not able

The show interface status show no a-full so autonego is disable in this interface.

The autonego can not work in some SFP that make issue.

If one side no support autonego you need them to disable autonego and hardcoded speed and duplex in other side
