Whenever I boot my Cisco ISR 4451 It shows this error after some time. Is there any hint or solution to troubleshoot this error?

show version (give you what IOS you running on the device).
if the bug effecting you, you need to upgrade to latest suggested version of IOS version to fix the issue.

Had this same issue recently. Check out the DIMM module closest to the F0 (Forwarding Processor).
run : show platform, and check if the Forwarding plane processor (F0) is stuck showing "booting" status.
Might just be a case of a bad DIMM module or placement. (note that the 4400's have three DIMM slots so this can be a catch if using two).
If this late response doesn't help OP, at least it can help someone else who might run into this same issue.
