IPSec Feature enable In ASR 1001-X

Dear all,

i would like to know how to enable IPSec Feature in ASR1001-X.

I bought IPSec licens e-Delivery.i don't know how to activate it.

cisco tech said no need to install like PAK license.Only need to enable feature.

My router is IPBase and how to enable IPSec feature.No i am using evaluation license.

I already followed like that. But it not work.
and i cannot type crypto isakmp and crypto ike command. I don't know why ?
