logging system error

I Found this 6513E's Modle Card: Supervisor Engine 2T Front Status LEDs something is not right.

The system LED color becomes orange or Red.I'm not sure this. Maybe Red.

There is always error messages.

Does anybody know what does these mean? Thanks

It means you need to contact Cisco TAC and organize RMA.

The supervisor card is as good as dead.
