Mac ACL wont work on my C3560CX switch

this is odd to me, i use the same acl on my 3850 and 3650 switches and they it works but on my C3560cx switch it wont.

there is something i'm missing but got me what it is. 

my ios is 15.2(6)E1

am i just being a dope about this or is there an oolie i dont know for the c3560cx sw?

For one the 3560 switch are older than the 3650 and 3850, can you explain what isnt working?, Is the acl being taken or dismissed or is it that it just doesn't work?

The switch will take the acl, and save it off. when I implement the acl it will not do what it is set to do.

It is to allow only the mac address in the ranges specified and block all others. Instead it just blocks everything.
