NetFlow input from 4500-X switch

I have a 4500-X switch running IOS-XE cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.08.01.E.152-4.E1.bin

I have configured it for NetFlow to a Prime engine (version 3.1)

The Prime does not recognize the 4500-X as a valid NetFlow source.

How can I verify that NetFlow traffic is actually being sent to Prime and how can I get Prime to recognize the 4500-X?

span your port to which the prime engine is connected to and run wireshark, using a SPAN port

not sure if prime can run pcap natively
