i have a problem withe aan edge 300 switch
the problem is when i try to upgrade the firmware of this device to v1.4 and exeute the command of this upgrade an restart the switch i found the there is black screen with cisco logo and i cann not boot to operating system .

Hi Mohamed, I do not understand what you mean by V1.4. There are not any software 1.4, the most current is 1.2.7.76. Are you using a SF or SG 300 series?
