Trying to find the difference between SDM and CUCM.

Hi John,
SDM is just template that is used mostly on small switches (3560, 3750, 3850, etc) to enable certain features on them. On the other hand CUCM is Cisco Unified Communication Manage or Cisco call manager which is used in VoIP systems.
