Security Device Manager and CUCM

Hi Techs,

Trying to find the difference between SDM and CUCM.

Can someone point me in the right direction for an answer please

Hi John,

SDM is just template that is used mostly on small switches (3560, 3750, 3850, etc) to enable certain features on them. On the other hand CUCM is Cisco Unified Communication Manage or Cisco call manager which is used in VoIP systems.
