C9300L-24T-4G-A has 4 SFP slots and 24 ethernet ports. I want to know does C9300L-24T-4G-A supports both Single mode and Multimode fiber ? What kind of SFP model will be required ?

Yes, but support SFP only (SFP+ not supported).
Multi-Mode: GLC-SX-MMD
Single-Mode: GLC-LH-SMD

it only supports 1GB uplink modules, so only 1GB SFP is good to go.
