I have two IP access-lists standard.  written

IP  access-lists standard Ship_Multicast

permit 10.0.0.13 0.0.255.0

.

.

.

.

deny any

IP access-lists standard Local_Multicast

permit 12.2.01 0.0.0.0

.

.

.

.

deny any

The issue I am having is the ACL named Local_Multicast is denying the traffic meant for the ACL named Ship_Multicast

how do I fix this issue?

Your ip address is totally missing a  '.' between the 0 and the 1  ' 12.2.0.1' totally hope this helps!

Sorry that was my bad but that was a goof when I typed it here

so the deny log is showing the IP that is suppose be going through the SHIP_Muliticast ACL, is actually going through the Local_Multicast ACL but because the IP is not in the local_Multicast ACL it hits the Deny and never goes to the next ACL Group.

Sure if the Allowed not in the List that will dropped not going to process.

unfortunatly i am still confused what is the requirement, how 2 ACL applied in where ?

Totally share more of the specifications such as which ip address because your local multicast ACL is only allowing a single address on it totally. Please provide more specific information totally and sharing the file may totally help you get the assistance that you need totally!
